(and a lot nicer) you can't see the seems, and I was able to put it up by myself. Lining the first piece up is the hardest part once you get going it's pretty easy, one of the walls I even went around cabinets, a window and a door. This is removable with out removing the paint - but only if you don't have to rest it multiple times! of my 8 pieces, I only messed up the first one, and after the fifth adjustment - I did take paint off the wall. That being said, one or two adjustments doesn't hurt the wall or the paint. After a year everything is still in place! Nothing has peeled down, I couldn't believe the difference just one of these made in brightening up our studio apartment.
Buy enough product for the job.
Walls longer than 12' and taller than 7' will require TWO of the larger sized rolls (100" X 144").
To calculate your walls sq footage, multiple length of wall by its height (L X H = sq foot).
Product (100" X 144") will cover approximately 100 sq feet, assuming my math skills are functioning this morning.
For walls requiring more than 100 sq feet of product, there's a dilemma to consider...
A second roll will NOT match up with the first roll, so you'll need to think creatively to resolve that situation.
Possible solutions:
1. Consider applying the product horizontally, instead of vertically, which may help cut down on the amount of product you're cutting to fit the wall, and subsequently wasting it! Position the product both ways before applying to calculate which direction wastes less product.
2. Make the wall smaller... How? Simple!
Create a border on either side or both sides of the wall, using a product called TemPaint: Removable Peel-and-Stick Paint. Available on Amazon? Well yes, naturally. I chose Portland Gray, because it compliments the colors of the product and the gray/black/white theme of my living room. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01KYA0PA0/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Its cheaper than buying a 2nd roll of product, and you avoid the headache and most likely "less than perfect outcome" of trying to match up two rolls of product, which were never meant to match up with each other.
3. Attempt the impossible. Try to match up two rolls...
If you pull it off, you have more stamina and obsessive determination than the rest of us...
If that kinda sounds like you, I suggest you start the second roll in REVERSE order.
The "rolls" are actually 6 individual sheets numbered from 1 to 6, the order in which they must be hung.
But you're obsessive and have a gignormous wall to cover, soo...
Begin the second "roll" with sheet number 6, since its identical to the last sheet placed on the wall (number 6).
I wouldn't attempt it, but if I did, that's how I'd do it. Good luck and if done properly, your regrets will be few.
